Derek Brown - President
Derek spent his early post-secondary education years seeking a degree in polical science from the University of Wyoming, however quickly came to the realization that was not his true calling.
He became an employee of Weskem in 2016. Without prior machining experience he quickly developed a desire to learn and improve his skillset. Developing a knack for CNC programming and machine floor operations he became floor manager in 2021 focusing on workflow and efficiency of operations, greatly improving the production of the company.
When he is not at the shop he can usually be found on the golf course. He is heavily involved in his church and enjoys spending most his free time with his wife Heather and son Conrad.
Caleb Brown - Vice President
Caleb received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from NC State University in 2008. Following stints at a power plant in Wyoming, a plastics plant in North Caroina, he moved to Central Pennsylvania in 2014 where he currently works full time as mechanical engineering manager for a steel plant.
He received his MBA from Penn State University in 2022, and when Derek was offered the opportunity to purchase Weskem Technologies he was brought in as a partner to focus on growth and expansion.
He enjoys following sports as well as coaching his kids in their youth activities. He enjoys spending time on the golf course as well as with his wife Nicole and two kids Sadie and Waylon.
